Description
The project aim is to valorize and protect high-quality traditional products from alpine region between Italy and France.
Focus is on traditional-food of natural origin, dietary supplements, including typical extract and plant products from alpine regions, and on cosmetic and wellness products.
Strategies based on olfaction marketing will be also developed.
Prof. Carlo Bicchi and Prof. Maria Laura Colombo, from the PHYTO&FOOD CHEM group of DSTF, are directly involved in the project thanks to their expertise and knowledge on plant secondary metabolites chemistry, distribution, analysis and bio-activity.
