We aim at investigating the efficacy of therapeutic ultrasound in enhancing the doxorubicin anticancer activity. Therefore, we are interested in verifying the hypothesis that doxorubicin might act as an ultrasound responsive agent (sonosensitizer) in in vitro and in vivo cancer models.
