La nostra ricerca è focalizzata sulla validazione di nuovi farmaci e sistemi di rilascio nanometrici utilizzati come agenti antinfiammatori e/o antitumorali. Il nostro lavoro consiste in esperimenti “in vitro” ed “in vivo” riguardanti processi metastatici e anti-angiogenetici.

Studiamo l'attività antiproliferativa e proapototica su linee cellulari tumorali, estendendo queste osservazioni ad adesione, invasione e motilità delle cellule tumorali e angiogenesi, che sono caratteristiche chiave della malignità.

Our research focused on the validation of new drugs or novel nanosized delivery system used as anti-inflammatory or/and anticancer agent. Our work concerns in “in vitro” and “in vivo” experiments concerning metastatic and anti-angiogenics processes

We study the antiproliferative and proapototic activity on cancer cell lines, extending these observations on adhesion, invasion, and motility of cancer cells and angiogenesis, which are other key features of malignancy.
