Description
The aim of the project “School of Galenic” is to give the possibility to the pharmacy and to their pharmacists to receive updates on both the legislation inherent to the galenics production and on procedures to prepare the main pharmaceutical forms.
The school shall be organized in two parts: the first one provides the theory about laws in force for starting a compounding laboratory, including furniture and instruments needed and the economic evaluation on the galenic activity; the second one provides basic concepts to prepare different galenics whose method of preparation is deeply described.
The course is repeated several times during the year, if requested.
The goal is to develop a network of pharmacies in order to exchange experience on procedures or new formulations and to provide better services and counseling to the citizen in cooperation with the prescribers.
