Description:
The primary aim of the project is the development of novel biocompatible nanocarriers with improved theranostic potential. The agents will be designed to offer i) increased imaging detectability, ii) improved pharmacokinetic properties (prolonged blood lifetime, enhanced accumulation in the diseased region), and iii) better pharmacodynamic properties (high therapeutic index, controlled drug release).
